Polar Chill Mobile Cryo was founded by Michael Dent in 2024
Michael originally started out in a wellness center offering cryotherapy treatments to people. Shortly after he saw a need for mobile recovery to help athletes on and off the field. This is how Polar Chill Mobile Cryo started. Now Polar Chill Mobile Cryo visits high schools, collages/universities, tournaments, racing events, and much more. Our goal is to improve recovery, reduce core body temperatures, and boost athletic performance for all athletes at any level!

Meet The Team
Michael Dent
Michael grew up in Baltimore, Maryland. After college he spent time in Colorado and California teaching youths how to ski and snowboard. In his 20s his passion from learning from alternative practitioners grew and he turned his passion into helping people maintain their optimal health. From 2020-2025 he owned a wellness center, Cryo MD. Shortly after opening his studio, he decided to test out cold recovery for athletes in a freezer truck, eventually known as Polar Chill Mobile Cryo .
Joe Dent
Joe is a native of Baltimore MD and resides in the town of Havre de grace with his wife Michelle, two sons and Gizmo, our crazy little rescue dog. In my free time, I enjoy coaching lacrosse, playing pickleball and spending time with friends and family. I’ve spent the last 28 years in the franchising and pet industry with various roles of responsibility from District Manager to Chief Store Operations Officer to President. I currently serve as Managing Partner of Polar Chill Mobile Cryo LLC and executive consultant to Loyalty Brands.
